By using our Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

If you purchase a subscription or paid service, we collect:

We do not store full card details. Payments are processed by our payment provider (see Section 6).

Create and manage your account

Provide personalised nutrition guidance and support

Maintain chat logs and call transcripts so support is consistent and context-aware

Manage plan entitlements (e.g., call allocations and availability)

5) AI features and how data is used

Our Platform includes AI-assisted features. When you interact with the AI (via chat or calls), the information you provide (and your stored profile details, where applicable) may be used to generate personalised responses and recommendations.

We may review limited interactions (including transcripts) for quality assurance, safety, and service improvement. Where possible, we use minimised and/or de-identified data for analysis and improvement.

6) When we share personal information (third parties)

We may share personal information with trusted third parties where necessary to deliver the service, such as:

A) Payment processing (Stripe)

We use Stripe to process payments. Stripe may collect and process payment details and transaction information as part of providing payment services. We receive confirmation of payment and subscription status.

B) Technology and service providers

We may use third-party providers for:

Cloud hosting and data storage

Customer support tools

Email/SMS/telephony services

Transcription services (to generate call transcripts)

File/media storage for uploaded meal photos

C) Professional advisers and legal requirements

Deletion of transcripts and meal photos (as requested)

You may request deletion of:

call transcripts, and/or

meal photos (and related meal-log content), and/or

chat messages and other content you submitted.

To request deletion, email thedietscience01@gmail.com from your registered email address and specify what you want deleted.

Important notes:

Deleting transcripts/photos may reduce our ability to provide continuity of support or review past recommendations.

We may need to keep certain information even after a deletion request where required or authorised by law, or for legitimate purposes such as:

billing and transaction records,

fraud prevention,

dispute resolution,

security and safety compliance.

Where we cannot delete information (for legal or operational reasons), we will take reasonable steps to minimise access and/or de-identify it where appropriate.

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing requests.

12) Complaints

If you have a privacy complaint, email thedietscience01@gmail.com with details. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
