Trial, Subscription & Calls
Yes — we offer a 3-day trial (unless stated otherwise at checkout).
If your trial converts to a paid plan, you’ll be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Yes. You can cancel anytime. To stop the next renewal charge, you must cancel at least 7 days before your renewal date.
Calls are limited by your plan (to keep availability fair for everyone). Call allocations reset each billing cycle and generally do not roll over unless your plan explicitly says they do.
You must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be treated as used and deducted from your plan allocation.
Privacy & Data
We do not record call audio. Calls may generate text transcripts for continuity of support and service records.
Yes. You can request deletion of call transcripts and meal photos (and other user-submitted content). We may still retain required billing/transaction records and information needed for legal, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.
